Association Strategic Plan (FY 2011 – FY 2013)

Together, the Association speaks with one, unified and vigorous voice for promoting our vision, achieving our mission and creating a passion that will mobilize the public to move our cause forward. This Association-wide strategic plan identifies the overarching and universal goals and strategies from which all partners throughout the Association will be able to develop annual operating and business plans as well as customized initiatives, tactics and metrics.

Strategic Goals
The four goals are decidedly interdependent. The goals are not presented in a rank-order level of importance. Each is a priority and will be strategically implemented throughout the Association in a variety of ways.

Increasing Concern and Awareness of the Chinese Language Teaching Worldwide
To increase concerns among our members and non-members of the Association.

Worldwide Recognition
To increase the reach, influence and recognition of TCSOL qualifications by working and liasing with international organizations as a tool for advancing our mission.

Enhancing Care and Support for our members
To develop and promote a full range of quality support, care and services across diverse cultures.

Accelerating Research
To increase financial support or seek sponsors of Chinese Language Teaching research.
