


The Chinese Language Education Association (CLEA)
The Chinese Language Education Association (Taiwan) is a non-political, non-profit academic and educational organization for Chinese language teachers at all education levels. The mission of CLEA is to promote quality Chinese Language teaching at all education levels in Taiwan and to conduct professional development for Chinese teachers in both language teaching and cultural awareness. It serves as a resource network for Chinese language teachers on conducting research in various capacities, as well as provides a base for common pedagogical improvement and individual career development. CLEA members are composed of specialists in Chinese language, literature, linguistics and culture teaching at colleges and universities in Taiwan.

International Han Institute (IHI) is established in Taiwan R.O.C. with the mission of promoting Chinese language and culture, and an initial focus on training qualified teachers to meet the growing demand for Chinese language instruction.
Its mission is to promote enjoyment of language learning and understanding of different perspectives, cultures, and practices. We intend to nurture our teachers with virtue, knowledge and the skills to become a good-will ambassador or global leader. Through our training programs, teachers will gain a global vision and sensitivity to foreign cultures, in addition to enhanced Chinese language competency, comprehension of Chinese culture, and a lifelong interest in learning Chinese.
International Han Institute (IHI) implements this mission through close collaboration with professors and lecturers from local universities and Chinese heritage language schools to establish top-quality Chinese language programs. With teaching resources supplied by the Chinese Language Education Association (CLEA) in Taiwan, the quality of our training programs are further enhanced and assured. Teachers graduating from our programs will receive TCSOL awards and TCFL awards granted by ASET UK.

Beijing Culture & Language University
The College of Chinese Teachers
Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU) was founded in 1962, and was originally named the higher preparatory School for Foreign Students. In 1964, it was renamed as Beijing Language Institute by the State Council. And then in 1996, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the school was designated as Beijing Language and Culture University. It is the only international university in China with its main task set at teaching the Chinese language and culture to foreign students. Meanwhile it also undertakes the tasks of teaching foreign languages as well as Chinese, computer science and technology, finance and accountancy to Chinese students, providing training courses for teachers specialized in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and offering pre-departure language training to candidates intending to go abroad.
South China Normal University (College of International Culture)
South China Normal University is an institution of higher learning with a long history and a rich legacy. Situated in Guangzhou, an open metropolis in South China, the University is imbued with Lingnan’s pioneering and pragmatic spirit. It has a tradition of elegant simplicity and a favourable learning atmosphere. In the past seventy years or so, the University has all along preserved its distinguishing characteristics, mainly concentrating on teacher-education and training, and has dedicated itself to training qualified teachers and professionals of other kind, viz., outstanding personnel of moral integrity, high thinking, inventive ability, with a sense of responsibility.
College of International Culture was originally named Centre of Chinese Language and Culture. SCNU now has international students from 50 different countries, which covers 5 continents. The college has a strong teaching staff among which 60% of the teachers have got PhD. All the teachers are qualified in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.

The European Academy of Informatization (EAI) was established by Royal Decree. Belgium, September, 1999. EAI is a cooperative organization of The International Informatization Academy (IIA) in a General Consultative State with ECOSOC of the UN to suggest a Global Education System (GES). IATCSOL has signed an agreement with EAI to seek supports for TCSOL system to be recognized in Europe the Global Education System.
